We believe in the science of red light therapy and in the quality of our device. If you use your Bodyiz Red Light Scalp Massager as directed and don’t notice visible improvements, you may return it for a full refund.

To qualify:

  1. Purchase must be made directly from the official Bodyiz website.
  2. Use the device daily for 10 minutes per session over at least 60 days (no longer than 90 days).
  3. Take one clear, time-stamped photo of your scalp before each weekly session (6 dated images in total).
  4. If you see no visible improvement, submit your photos and order number to infi@bodyiz.com within 90 days of delivery.
  5. All guarantee applications must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

Important Notes:

  1. Claims that don’t meet the return criteria (e.g. missing or unclear photos) will not be approved.
  2. Approved refunds cover the purchase price of the device once it is returned in its original packaging.
  3. Refunds are not approved if the device has not been used as instructed in the user guide.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked items.
  5. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.

2. Delivery & Product Protection

Your order is also protected against issues at delivery:

  1. Damaged / defective / incorrect item → Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  2. Lost or delayed shipment → If tracking is invalid or expired, a replacement or refund may be approved.
