Handling Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our partner warehouses worldwide.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be handled on the following business day.

Please note that Bodyiz cannot refund shipping costs (if any) for delays caused by product availability, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.


Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch to delivery.

If your parcel appears delayed or untracked, contact our support team at support@bodyiz.com, and we’ll assist you in tracing the shipment as much as possible.

Bodyiz is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, or for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Local Taxes & Duties

Bodyiz has no control over customs fees or import duties that may be charged when your order arrives in your country.
These fees, if applicable, are determined by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential charges.

Note: Orders shipped within the European Union are generally fulfilled from our EU-based warehouse and typically do not incur customs duties.

Wrong Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
Bodyiz ships to the exact address provided at the time of purchase.

  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, contact us immediately at support@bodyiz.com, and we may still be able to correct the address.
  • If your order has already shipped and is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will send you an invoice to cover the cost of re-shipping.
  • If your order has been delivered to the wrong address (due to incorrect details provided), Bodyiz cannot offer a refund or replacement.
