At Bodyiz, we want every customer to feel informed, supported, and confident when shopping with us. This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made directly through bodyiz.com, and is aligned with EU consumer law and Shopify’s return settings.

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
To qualify, products must be unused, unopened, complete, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, Bodyiz offers a voluntary 14-day cooling-off period.
This mirrors EU protection and applies to unused, unopened products in original condition.
This is a Bodyiz customer benefit and not a legal requirement in these regions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect upon arrival:
- Used personal-care devices
- Products missing accessories or original packaging
- Items with significant damage not caused during delivery
- Opened consumables (serums, oils, liquids)
Opened or used devices are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request clear photos or a short video to verify the issue.
Once confirmed:
- Return shipping (if required) is free
- A replacement or refund will be arranged
In many cases, items do not need to be physically returned, depending on the situation.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:
- the wrong item was received
- the product arrived damaged
- a verified defect is confirmed
All returns must use a trackable shipping service. Untracked packages cannot be guaranteed.

- Inspection: 1–3 business days
- Refund issued to the original payment method
Bank processing time: 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable when applicable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
